Belize!

After several successful years of trips to Puerto Rico working mainly on the threatened Elkhorn Coral (Acropora palmata), we are off to Belize this year to focus on their equally threatened friends, the Staghorn Coral (Acropora cervicornis).

We will be working out at the Smithsonian Marine Station at Carrie Bow Caye.

Our trip starts August 22nd. Stay tuned for updates as we prepare.

Aloha!
